Our weekly meetings are structured to help us accomplish the meeting objectives in a timely manner. To help assist new guests in understanding the process, we have provided an outline of the meeting structure.

Every Meeting Starts Promptly at 7:01am
Members and guests arrive before 7:00am and meet with the offical greeter. Guest are first asked to sign in and then they may network and meet with the other members and guests. -
Showboater
Each week a member is selected to setup a display about their business. This may include samples, brochures, photos and other promotional materials. The showboating member will be available to discuss their display and answer any questions before and after the meeting. -
Guest Introductions
The president will ask each member to introduce the guests they have invited and then each guest will have an opportunity to explain what it is their business does. -
Board Introductions and Passing of Business Cards
Each board member will introduce themselves to the members and guests and provide their committee reports. During this time each member and guest will pass their business cards around the table. -
Speaker
Each week a member is selected to make a 10 minute presentation about their business. This is an opportunity for each member to get additional face time, share details and help educate members and guests about their business/industry. Each speaker is then given an opportunity for questions and answers. -
Breakfast is Served.
During the speakers presentation, breakfast will be served. -
Commercials
Each member and guest will be given an opportunity to give a short 30 second "commercial" about their business. -
Passing Tips
The sole purpose for these meetings to pass business leads/tips from one member to another. During the commercials, members announce who they have business tips for and place them into the Tip Bucket. -
HaveĀ a Little Fun
Meetings can be fun and enjoyable while fitting within the context of why we are there. You will build strong relationships in addition to building your business. -
Does it Cost Anything to Visit?
For first time guests, breakfast is on us! If you wish to attend a second time, we ask that you pay $12.00 for breakfast and after that we hope you consider joining LeTip of Red Rock!
